January is a great time for some soup! It is a warm and filling way to chase away the chill on dark evenings. Soups can also be easy ways to eat clean and healthy. I always advocate for making your own homemade stocks but buying high-quality stock act make it super quick and easy to get a big pot of soup on the table in no time. Serve these with a nice crusty loaf of bread, or a fresh salad and you have a simple and balanced meal.
